Feel began its journey in 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic hit and threatened the retail industry by changing our shopping behavior forever. As the pandemic all but eliminated vital interactions between in store associates and consumers, the founders of Feel saw opportunity in helping ecommerce executives' fill that void.

As thousands of retailers across the country were forced to close their doors, millions of retail jobs were eliminated. This not only created unemployment on a massive scale but also forced consumers to purchase primarily online without the essential assistance of a knowledgeable sales associate.

Feel platform was designed specifically to solve this challenge. Creating a human experience online, consumers are able to connect directly with a virtual Sales Experts & receive the assistance they need. This allows them to Feel connected, Feel supported, and Feel confident in their online purchase decision.
